Nobody thinks about their furnace on a good day. That’s the whole idea. We keep January warm, July cool and the air in between clean, so the only weather you notice is outside the window.

A bright, calm living room with clear air

Clear the air.

Drag across the glass

The EPA estimates indoor air can hold two to five times the pollutants of the air outside. Closed-up winter houses, pets, cooking and wildfire smoke all add to it. Most of it is invisible, and almost all of it is fixable.

  • Filtration

MERV 13 media cabinets catch fine dust, pollen and smoke particles that a standard 1-inch filter lets through.

  • Purification

UV-C lamps inside the air handler keep the coil clean and cut down on mold and bacteria.

  • Humidity

Whole-home humidifiers for the dry months that crack lips, hardwood and guitar necks.

  • Fresh air

Energy-recovery ventilators bring outside air in without throwing away the heat you paid for.

  1. The price is the price.

You approve a flat price before we start. If the job runs long, that’s on us.

  2. On time, or it’s free.

We arrive inside your two-hour window or call ahead. Miss it without a heads-up and the diagnostic is free.

  3. Fixed right, or fixed free.

If the same problem comes back within a year, we fix it again at no charge, parts and labor.

  4. Nights cost the same as days.

No overtime, weekend or holiday rates. A 2 a.m. Sunday repair is billed like a Tuesday morning.

  5. Ten years on new systems.

Parts and labor on every system we install, and we register the warranty for you.

  6. You won’t know we were here.

Boot covers, drop cloths and a wipe-down. The only sign we visited is that it’s comfortable.

Every season has a job.

Spring

  • Swap the filter before the first warm week.
  • Clear two feet around the outdoor unit: leaves, mulch, toys.
  • Book the AC tune-up before the first 85° week fills the schedule.
Book a spring tune-up

Summer

  • Set 78° when you’re home and higher when you’re out.
  • Ice on the copper lines? Switch to fan-only and call. Don’t chip it.
  • Heat advisory days fill fast. Book by 2 p.m. for same-day.

Fall

  • Furnace safety check before the first freeze, with a CO test.
  • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. New batteries.
  • Ceiling fans clockwise on low to push warm air down.

Winter

  • Keep drifting snow off the heat pump. A little steam during defrost is normal.
  • Clear snow from the furnace intake and exhaust pipes outside.
  • Heat out? Check the breaker and filter, then call. Nights cost the same.

Replacing a system?

Financing from $89 a month with approved credit, or 0% for 18 months with equal payments on qualifying installs. Every system price includes permits, haul-away of the old unit, a new thermostat, start-up testing and warranty registration.

The federal heat pump tax credit ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025. Utility and manufacturer rebates are still out there. We check what your address qualifies for and file the paperwork.

Where we drive

Average arrival time for no-heat and no-cooling calls over the last twelve months.

Questions we hear on the phone

How fast can someone get here?

Same day for most repair calls booked before 2 p.m. For no-heat and no-cooling emergencies we dispatch around the clock, and the average arrival last year was 52 minutes.

Do you charge more for nights and weekends?

No. A repair costs the same at 2 a.m. on a Sunday as it does at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday.

Should I repair my system or replace it?

A rough rule: if the system is over 12 years old and the repair costs more than a third of a replacement, start pricing a new one. Your tech will give you both numbers and let you decide.

Is a heat pump enough for a Colorado winter?

Modern cold-climate heat pumps keep heating well below zero. We size them for your coldest nights and can pair one with your existing furnace as a backup if you want the extra insurance.

How often should I change my filter?

Every one to three months for a standard 1-inch filter, more often with pets or during smoke season. Thicker media filters last six months to a year.

What does a new system cost?

It depends on the size of the house, the ductwork and the equipment, so we quote it in person for free. Financing starts at $89 a month, and rebates can take a real bite out of heat pump prices.

Do you work on brands you didn’t install?

Yes, every major brand and most of the minor ones. Our trucks carry universal parts for the common repairs.

What rebates can I get on a new system?

The federal tax credit for heat pumps and central air ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025, so we won’t promise it. Utility rebates, state programs and manufacturer promotions still take real money off, and they change often. We check what’s live for your address and file the paperwork.

Who’s actually coming into my house?

An ONDO employee, never a subcontractor. Every technician is background-checked, drug-screened and NATE-certified, and you’ll get their name and photo by text before they arrive.
